Carrier should release easily

Note ⚠️: Shirt must be clean & cold peel. Any dirt/moisture/uneven spots can cause lifting.

Sales Final

All sales are final once an order is submitted.

Our online ordering system may alert you to artwork or sizing issues (low resolution, transparency, etc.). Do not ignore these alerts. If you have questions, contact us before submitting your order: southernpeachtransfers@gmail.com

Artwork & File Requirements

Please make sure your images have transparent backgrounds and are free of shadows, halos, soft edges, or unintended transparent elements.

You are responsible for uploaded file quality (resolution, sizing, clean edges, and proper background removal). Poor file setup may affect print clarity and final results.

Artwork Rights & Customer Responsibility

You confirm you own the rights or have permission to print and reproduce all artwork you upload or submit.

Southern Peach Transfers is not responsible for copyright/trademark violations tied to customer-supplied artwork.

Color Disclaimer (CMYK & Matching Limits)

Colors can vary due to the CMYK printing process, monitor/display differences, file quality, and artwork setup. This is not considered a fault of Southern Peach Transfers.

If you require exact color accuracy, artwork must be color-matched to Pantone (PMS) whenever possible. Even with Pantone matching, slight variation may still occur.

Garment Prep & Pressing Responsibility

The garment being pressed must be properly prepped and completely free of debris (lint, dust, pet hair, fibers, moisture, oils, etc.). If not, transfers may not adhere properly or may show defects.

Any coating or treatment on the garment surface (water-resistant coatings, stain repellents, fabric softeners/residue, heavy dyes/finishes, certain sublimation coatings, etc.) can prevent proper adhesion.

Used / washed garments may not work due to residue, wear, contamination, or unknown treatments. Results can vary and are the customer’s responsibility.

Handling & Environmental Sensitivity

DTF transfers are sensitive to temperature and humidity. Exposure to extreme cold, heat, or high humidity can affect adhesion, appearance, or cause defects. Proper storage and handling are the customer’s responsibility.

Pickup Policy

After you receive the email stating your order is complete, transfers must be picked up within 4 hours.

We are not responsible for quality issues resulting from delayed pickup or environmental exposure after completion.

Defect Reporting Window

If you believe there is a transfer defect, you must notify us within 8 hours of pickup.

Claims made after this window may be denied.

Reprints / Refunds (Owner Discretion)

Reprints and/or refunds due to confirmed transfer fault are at the sole discretion of the owner.

To qualify for review, the customer must provide:

A clear photo of the front and back of the transfer

Your heat press settings (temperature, time, pressure method/level)

A photo of the final pressed product

We must be able to reproduce the issue or determine the most likely cause to reach a conclusion on fault.

Shirts and sweaters are made with 60% cotton and 40% polyester. Every print is made with DTF Transfer film.

Returns and Exchanges

DTF Custom Prints does not qualify for exchanges or returns.

Sales for these items are final.

🌀 1. Turn garment inside out before washing.
This reduces friction and protects the print.

2. Wash in cold water only.
Helps maintain adhesive strength and color vibrancy.

🧼 3. Use gentle cycle + mild detergent.
No bleach, no fabric softener, no harsh chemicals.

🌬️ 4. Tumble dry low or hang-dry.

High heat shortens the life of the print.

🚫🔥 5. Do NOT iron or steam the design.

If ironing is necessary, flip the shirt inside out or cover the print with parchment paper.

🚫🧽 6. Do NOT dry-clean.

Dry-cleaning chemicals can damage the DTF film and adhesive.
