This website is operated by Southern Peach Transfers. Throughout the site, the terms β€œwe”, β€œus” and β€œour” refer to Southern Peach Transfers.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our β€œService” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (β€œTerms”), including all policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the website or use our services.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform allowing us to sell products and services to you.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence.

You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose, including copyright or trademark infringement.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

SECTION 2 – CUSTOM PRODUCTS & SALES FINAL

All DTF transfers are custom printed to order.

All sales are final once an order is submitted.

By submitting artwork, you acknowledge:

  • Files are printed exactly as uploaded
  • You are responsible for resolution, sizing, transparency, and layout
  • You have reviewed your gangsheet prior to submission

We do not edit, resize, or modify files unless agreed to in writing prior to production.

Refunds and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy.

SECTION 3 – GANGSHEET BUILDER DISCLAIMER

Our gangsheet builder includes automated tools that may flag:

  • Low resolution
  • Overlapping artwork
  • Transparent pixels
  • Background artifacts

These tools are not guaranteed to detect all issues.

Order submission confirms final approval of artwork placement, sizing, and layout.

We are not responsible for artwork issues visible in the final submitted file.

SECTION 4 – COLOR & PRINTING LIMITATIONS

DTF printing uses the CMYK process.

Color variation may occur due to:

  • Screen differences
  • CMYK conversion
  • File quality
  • Garment material

Minor color variation is not considered a defect.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

Shipping timelines are estimates only.

Southern Peach Transfers is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather delays
  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed carrier delivery.

Returned or refused packages may require additional shipping fees.

SECTION 6 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All products are provided β€œas is” and β€œas available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Southern Peach Transfers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

SECTION 7 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Southern Peach Transfers from any claims arising out of:

  • Your submitted artwork
  • Violation of intellectual property rights
  • Misuse of products

SECTION 8 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia.

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
